Pastor Janel Kuester began her call at Christ Lutheran on December 6, 2017 with the first worship service on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Her calls previous to coming to Christ Lutheran were at St. Paul Lutheran in Stillwater, MN, at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chisago City, MN, and Farmington Lutheran in Farmington, MN.  She grew up on the edge of Porter, MN and now lives in Cottonwood, MN.

Office Administrator Marian Kalass became a partner in the ministry at Christ Lutheran in January of 2022.  Many of the tasks performed and daily business matters are in her hands.  Marian and her husband, Harold, live in Cottonwood.  Marian is the mother of Tiffany Teske.  She also has seven grandchildren who fill her life with joy!  Marian likes to play piano, scrapbook, decorate, and go camping.  Click here to email Marian.

Church Custodians Jon and Jeannette Myrvik have capably cared for our building and grounds since 2011.  They are the parents of Josh and Jenna.  Together, they like to spend time with family and friends, travel and go camping.  Jon’s hobbies are woodworking and shooting, and Jeannette enjoys coffee shops, wineries, and anything to do with exercising – biking, aerobics, and dancing.
